Wellness Coaching is a type of health coaching that incorporates all aspects of health – physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, financial, and environmental. A coaching session with me is an hour long, one-on-one discussion/brainstorm where we address over time each aspect of your health – your current status, goals, visions, and barriers.
Together, we will create Specific, Measurable, Action-oriented, Realistic, and Time-defined (SMART) goals in whatever category of health you feel most drawn to change or improve.
I will be your accountability partner as you progress, following up each week on the actions you determined to take – what went well, and what needs improvement.
You will have an increase in self-efficacy; you will have more clarity in your life – giving yourself greater purpose; you will begin to see that the small simple steps are the best actions to take to lead to big results.
It is recommended to commit to at least 12 weeks of Wellness Coaching in order to see the best, consistent results.
