I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Performance Management Wellness (which in simple terms is Exercise Science 😉 ),with a minor in Nutrition and Health Promotion. I am not a registered dietitian or a nutritionist, but I do have formal training in exercise and nutrition, and have worked with many clients writing workouts and teaching good nutrition habits. I cannot help you cure your illness or disease, but I surely can help you improve your health and build a healthy lifestyle.
Exercise/Nutrition Guidance is a versatile tool to help you in whatever specific way you need regarding physical fitness. If you don’t know much about healthy eating, and want to spend our time learning what a healthy meal looks like, and how to begin a transition from the standard American diet to a more balanced, whole-food diet – we can do that. If you want me to be your accountability partner and give you tips on your meals as you track and make progress on your fitness journey – we can do that.
