Exercise/Nutrition Guidance

Its no hidden secret that when weight loss or improved physical fitness are your goal, you need to have a clear understanding of exercise and nutrition; AND you need to incorporate both consistent exercise and consistent healthy eating into your life to see the best results.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Performance Management Wellness (which in simple terms is Exercise Science 😉 ),with a minor in Nutrition and Health Promotion.  I am not a registered dietitian or a nutritionist, but I do have formal training in exercise and nutrition, and have worked with many clients writing workouts and teaching good nutrition habits.  I cannot help you cure your illness or disease, but I surely can help you improve your health and build a healthy lifestyle.

Exercise/Nutrition Guidance is a versatile tool to help you in whatever specific way you need regarding physical fitness.  If you simply need basic workouts to do at home, or the gym, or out at a park – we can do that.  If you don’t know much about healthy eating, and want to spend our time learning what a healthy meal looks like, and how to begin a transition from the standard American diet to a more balanced, whole-food diet – we can do that.  If you want me to calculate the best calories, proteins, and fats for you to be consuming in order to reach your goals – we can do that.  If you want me to be your accountability partner and give you tips on your meals as you track and make progress on your fitness journey – we can do that.  This is all about you and what you need to reach your best self and the goals that you have for yourself.
